Silver Partner Commitments
- Comply with the health and regulatory standards applicable to their activity.
- Store products under appropriate professional conditions.
- Present SEA•KEBAB products seriously and consistently.
- Not damage the brand image, its products or its network.
- Not use SEA•KEBAB logos, visuals or materials in a misleading manner.
- Not resell products under another commercial identity without written agreement.
- Respect commercial conditions, payment deadlines and validated agreements.
- Reasonably participate in network visibility: photos, stories, publications or local operations.
Respect for Partnership Conventions
Silver status is not a simple product purchase. It is an integration into the SEA•KEBAB network, with rights, benefits and responsibilities.
In the event of non-compliance with commitments, SEA•KEBAB may apply progressive and proportionate measures, depending on the nature of the breach.
- Written warning.
- Temporary suspension of Silver benefits.
- Removal of the partner badge.
- Removal from the official SEA•KEBAB map.
- Removal of any territorial priority or exclusivity.
- Refusal of promotion to Gold or Platinum level.
- Termination of the partnership in the event of serious breach.
- Suspension of new orders in the event of payment default, serious dispute or damage to the network.
Important: orders remain subject to product availability, compliance with payment conditions, logistical constraints and compliance with applicable health regulations.
Evolution to Gold and Platinum
Silver status allows you to officially get started with SEA•KEBAB. The most active, regular and professional partners may then be considered for promotion to Gold or Platinum levels.
- Gold: enhanced visibility, evolving conditions, priority on certain operations and more advanced marketing support.
- Platinum: strategic partnership, priority access, advanced territorial development and a direct network development relationship.
Progression from one level to another is not automatic. It depends on the quality of the partnership, the seriousness of the operation, the regularity of orders and respect for the SEA•KEBAB brand.
